Brown Rice Fried Rice Recipe

This fried rice recipe is a healthy alternative using brown rice. Make with only egg whites for an even healthier meal.

Fried Rice Ingredients
  • 1/4 Onion, chopped
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups brown rice, cooked
  • Olive oil
Fried Rice Instructions
  1. In frying pan, heat olive oil.
  2. Pan fry rice and onions.
  3. Add eggs and scramble in with rice.
  4. Serve and enjoy your fried rice.
