Jack Daniels Smoked Sliders

Looking for that perfect juicy smoked burger? Try these Jack Daniels smoked beef sliders.

Serves: 10-20

 

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 oz. Worcestershire pub dry rub
  • Jack Daniels Wood Chips
Instructions
  1. Form small beef patties with the beef.
  2. Rub hamburgers with Worcestshire pub dry rub.
  3. Smoke with Jack Daniels Wood Chips for 2 hours.
  4. Serve on a bun with lettuce, tomato, pickles and cheese.
