This salisbury steak recipe is a great comfort food meal. Add mashed potatoes as a side with a little of the excess sauce from the steaks.

Salisbury Steak Ingredients
- (1)1 lb. ground beef
- 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 2 stalks of chopped celery
- 1 Tablespoon chopped onion
- 5 slices of stale bread
- 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Salisbury Steak Instructions
- Soak bread in water and squeeze out excess.
- Mix meat, vegetables and seasonings.
- Make 3 oblong patties and brown.
- Add tomato sauce and 1 can of water.
- Simmer for 30 minutes.
- Enjoy.
