My mother was an amazing cook. Her spaghetti sauce was always a hit. She didn’t really have a recipe for her spaghetti Sauce & meatballs, so I had to watched her in the kitchen while she made a lot of her signature dishes. This sauce was well worth following her for.

Ingredients
- 3 onions
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1 stalk celery
- oregano
- paprika
- 1/2 lb ground meat
- 1/2 lb ground meat mixed
- 4 cans tomato sauce
- 2 cans tomato paste
- sugar
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Saute onions, green pepper, celery, garlic, paprika and meat.
- Remove and drain.
- Add to tomato sauce, tomato paste and sugar.
- Make little meatballs and brown in pan.
- Add to sauce.
- Let simmer for two hours.
