Sriracha Baked and Tossed Hot Wings

This recipe uses America’s favorite hot sauce, Sriracha as a base. The whipped butter gives it a slight sweetness while the Sriracha adds the kick. If you are daring, try adding more Sriracha.

Serves: 2

 

Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup whipped butter
  • 1/3 cup Sriracha
  • 1 Tbsp Tabasco Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Worchester Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 lb chicken wings
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions
  1. Melt whipped butter.
  2. Mix whipped butter, Sriracha, Tabasco Sauce, Worchester Sauce and minced garlic together.
  3. Marinate chicken in gallon zip lock bag over night (flip occasionally).
  4. Bake at 450˚ for one hour
  5. Lightly pan fry in a mixture of Sriracha and Olive Oil.
  6. Lightly Bask in Sriracha
  7. Serve.
