This tasty recipe has been handed down from several generations and has a nice Asian-American burst of soy, garlic and lime. Try using fresh limes to add an extra zest.

Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves (crushed)
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 lbs of chicken wings
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients.
- Pour over chicken & marinate over night.
- Bake at 350˚ for 1 hour.
- Serve
