Salami and Eggs is a great way to start the day with a protein rich breakfast.

- 1/2lb Hebrew National beef salami
- 6 eggs
- Olive oil pan spray
- Slice Salami
- Spray pan with olive oil spray
- Begin cooking Salami in pan
- Add eggs and mix as it cooks to distribute heat evenly
- Serve while warm
