This steak recipe is great comfort food and makes for a hearty filling meal. The steak is tender and falls apart easy. Pair with mashed potatoes and gravy.

Shoulder Steak Ingredients
- 1 lb. shoulder steak
- 1 onion
- 1 cup flour
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
Shoulder Steak Instructions
- Sauté sliced onion in olive oil until soft.
- Dredge steak in flour seasoned with salt and pepper.
- Sear steak on both sides.
- Put onion back in pan with steak, add 1/2 C water.
- Cover and simmer for 2 hrs.
- Serve with mashed potatoes and pour gravy over potatoes.
